Web Traffic

Web traffic refers to the amount of data channeled from and to a website, by consumers visiting that website. From the time of the Internet explosion in the early 1990s, a large percentage of Internet traffic has been contributed by web traffic. By carefully monitoring this data, companies can find out which part of their website is most accesses by visitors and gain information about user profile, security problems concerning data and also understand if there are any limitations on bandwidth preventing traffic to the website.
