Frustration Solutions

Some days are just breezing along and then suddenly frustration seeps in. It might be an annoying phone call about signing up for health insurance when I already have it or a bill that says overdue when I have the cancelled check or reference number to prove that it was paid on time or early. Much of the time my frustration comes from the idiosyncrasies of the Interned and/or my laptop. Just when I have my email figured out, the system changes.
